Come down to Williamsburg to experience Brooklyn and walk away with some
beautiful handcrafted and vintage goods from our talented vendors
Metroflea Williamsburg Holiday Pop Up Market features talented indie designers, vintage clothing and jewelry vendors from NYC showcasing their unique designs. James LaMorte, Owner, and Yoli Rapp, the Operations Manager and Space Curator, have gone to great lengths to curate the space with an ARTISAN ONLY policy. “I have 15 years of experience as a vendor at various different markets and I’ve noticed the same trend over and over again, markets claim to be artisan and before you know it they allow wholesale vendors to sell and it really hurts the artisans who have to compete by lowering their prices on handmade goods to compete with wholesale items. I can empathize, as I am a designer with the understanding of the amount time each designer takes and the cost of creating handmade goods. Vintage Jewelry and clothing are the only exceptions to our rule. “ says Yoli.
The market offers a balance of items ranging from jewelry, handbags, clothing, art, tapestry, ceramic to boutique bath products. Adding to the mix will be a collection of unique artisan food and vegan vendors! Nestled in the heart of North Williamsburg and easily accessible by both train (L or G) and car (BQE), our venue is prime for selling your handmade, fair trade or vintage items! We will pop up November 25th-26th and December 16th-17th and will be open 10 am till 8 pm. Vendors have the opportunity to keep their merchandise securely overnight!
